Tell the JooSmoo team about any allergy before placing an order. Our menu includes nuts (including cashew), peanuts, milk/dairy, eggs and wheat; oats and other ingredients may also contain or come into contact with gluten. Other allergens may be present in recipes, sauces or supplied ingredients. This is not an exhaustive list or a certified dish-by-dish allergen guide.
Shared kitchens and changing recipes
Ingredients and preparation can change. Shared equipment, surfaces or storage can create cross-contact. We cannot promise that an item is free from an allergen solely because the online ingredient list does not mention it. Please ask the team to check the current recipe and preparation process for your chosen item. If safe preparation cannot be confirmed, do not order that item.
Vegan and gluten-free descriptions
These labels reproduce descriptions in the supplied printed menu. They are recipe descriptions, not a guarantee that a product is suitable for a severe allergy or coeliac disease. Vegan food is not necessarily nut-free, and plant milk can contain nuts. Ask about honey, dairy, eggs and other ingredients if they matter to your diet.
Your food, your needs
The menu lists available ingredient descriptions and café prices. Product names are names, not medical or therapeutic promises. For pregnancy, a medical condition or specific dietary guidance, seek advice from a qualified health professional. Ask our team about current storage, use-by and handling instructions for takeaway or bottled products.
