1. About this website
joosmoo.com presents JooSmoo’s food, drinks, story and contact information in Kenya. For business/operator details or help, call +254 758 327 840 or use our contact page. These terms govern website use and explain the enquiry process. They do not replace the specific terms of a confirmed order or your statutory rights.
2. An enquiry is not an order
Menu links and the business form open a WhatsApp draft. Nothing is automatically sent or purchased. This site does not accept payments or confirm bookings. Before you commit to an order, ask the team to confirm the supplier’s identity and contact details, products, quantities, ingredients/allergens, total price including any taxes and delivery charges, payment method, collection or delivery time and address, and cancellation/refund arrangements in writing.
You should have an opportunity to review and correct the details, and expressly accept or decline them. Keep a copy of the agreed terms and receipt. Pay only through payment instructions you have verified directly with the team. Different delivery platforms may have their own terms, fees and availability.
3. Menu, prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings (KSh), based on the supplied café menu. Photos illustrate our range; presentation, portions and ingredients can vary. Availability and prices may change, and delivery/platform charges may differ. The final all-inclusive total must be confirmed before you accept an order. A website update does not change the price or terms of an order already agreed.
4. Food and dietary needs
Read our food & allergen information and tell the team about an allergy before ordering. Menu descriptions are not a certified allergen matrix. Products may share preparation areas or equipment. Vegan or gluten-free labels follow the printed menu and do not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food content is general information, not medical advice or a claim to prevent or treat disease.
5. Changes, cancellations and problems
Contact +254 758 327 840 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Ask for the applicable arrangements before confirming, especially for made-to-order or event food. This website does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive any cancellation right available under Kenyan law.
If an item is incorrect, damaged, unsafe or not as agreed, contact the team promptly with the order details. Stop consuming any food you believe is unsafe. Explain the issue and the remedy you seek. Available statutory remedies, including a refund or replacement where applicable, are preserved. You may also seek help from the Competition Authority of Kenya or another competent authority.
6. Fair use, content and links
You may browse and download the menu for personal reference. Do not interfere with the site, misuse it, submit unlawful content or falsely represent another person. JooSmoo branding and site content must not be reused commercially without the relevant rights holder’s permission. External services have independent terms and privacy notices; linking to them does not make JooSmoo responsible for their operation.
7. Availability and legal rights
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but service may be interrupted and errors may occur. Contact us to verify details important to your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits your consumer or data-protection rights, or prevents you from approaching a competent court or regulator.
Kenyan law applies, subject to any mandatory law protecting you. Changes to these website terms apply prospectively; a later version does not remove rights attached to a previously agreed order.
